There is so much to be thankful for again this holiday season, but this year I am feeling especially fortunate to have the entire family home to share the holidays with, and for having a new addition to the family.  On July 21st we welcomed Little Baby Joey to the family, son of Michelle and "Baby" Joe, and baby brother to Hope and Juliet.  It is with sadness that we faced the loss of Dolores (Celia) in March of this year - I owe so much credit to her for many of the holiday recipes found on this site.  She will be missed this holiday season and beyond.  Our holiday table this year will again be filled with loved ones, and we welcome back Margarita's family, originally from Colombia, and our relatives from Canada who will be experiencing their first Thanksgiving celebration in the states!
